Our Story

With dedication and hard work, Unicall experiences significant growth, leading to a move into a larger office space.

The team expands to 15 employees, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s journey.

2005

Fuelled by success, Unicall’s growth trajectory continues as it moves into a spacious 10000 sqm office.

With a team of approximately 50 employees, Unicall establishes itself as a key player in the industry, delivering exceptional results for clients, including Yellow Pages.

2007

Despite initial success, Unicall faces a significant setback when Yellow Pages declares bankruptcy. This unexpected turn of events results in financial losses, including Yellow Pages owing Unicall millions of Danish krone in fees.

This situation forces Unicall to make tough decisions, including downsizing its workforce and reassessing its business strategy. Despite the challenges, Unicall remains resilient and determined to navigate through this difficult period.

2011

The founder decided to step down as CEO to focus on big-picture  plans. He wanted to empower others to handle daily tasks better. So, he created a program to teach employees about positive mindset and company culture. He also introduced an easy-to-use IT system, like plug-and-play, to make work smoother. This way, everyone can focus on growing the company, while also learning through our ISA education system.

2015

ISA Media Group stands as a leading ad sales agency in Denmark, exclusively partnering with the TOP 10 media houses in the country. With a team of highly skilled professionals, ISA is the preferred partner for media houses seeking to enhance their market presence and achieve sustainable growth.

2020

2002

Unicall is founded in Nyhavn, Denmark, with a modest office spanning 2000 sqm and a dedicated team of six employees.

The company sets out with a vision to redefine ad sales and consulting in the high-end print media industry.

2006

UniCall secures its first major contracts with JydskeVestkysten and Radio Scala, signaling its entry into print and radio advertisement sales.

In a groundbreaking move, UniCall opens its first branch office in Vejle, becoming the first Danish media house to outsource sales. This strategic expansion allows Unicall to provide localized support to clients and further solidifies its position in the market.

2009

Recognized for its expertise andresults-driven approach, Unicall is invited by Fynske Medier, the largest media house in the Odense region, to collaborate on sales.

Unicall opens its third office in Odense, with 14 employees onboarded, further expanding its reach and client portfolio.

2011

A pivotal year for Unicall as it undergoes a transformation, changing its name from UniCall to ISA Media. The company shifts its focus exclusively to knowledge-based sales with a strong emphasis on consultancy. This strategic pivot enables ISA to provide more personalized and value-added services to its clients, setting it apart in the market.

Under new leadership and with a renewed vision, ISA Media, reaffirming its commitment to excellence in media consultancy, publishing and Creative solutions. The company emerges as the preferred partner for Denmark’s top 10 media houses, a testament to its resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.

2022

The founder rejoins ISA with a new vision for the company. ISA opens an office in Dubai, marking the beginning of its international expansion journey.
